Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Sarah Siebert.. Cancellations received prior to 1 October 2009 will be refunded, subject to a NZ$ 42.00 + GST administration fee. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Substitutions of delegate(s) are permitted at any time – please email s.m.siebert@massey.ac.nz to advise of delegate name change.

Abstract acceptance policy

Abstracts of Papers and Posters must be submitted electronically by 23 October 2009. Abstracts will be edited and shortened where necessary.

Presenters of papers and posters are required to complete the registration form and pay their fees by no later than 23 October 2009 to ensure their papers remain in the conference programme.
